Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, including:

• Wales
• Northern Ireland

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our delivery options in the future.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is completely free on all orders.

There are no minimum spend requirements and no hidden delivery charges. The price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay.

Processing and Dispatch

We aim to process and prepare your order as quickly as possible after payment confirmation.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday.

Orders placed outside our processing hours, on Sundays, or during UK Bank Holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Please note that processing times may vary slightly during busy periods such as holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.

Delivery Service

Orders are shipped using reliable UK delivery services.

If you have not received your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly during checkout.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change or redirect the delivery address.

Vlorca cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, cancellation requests must be submitted before your order has been dispatched.
